Klardok

Your mediation practice, in order.

Cases, appointments, documents and invoices in one place, with a portal for your parties. Built for mediators in Switzerland.

Klardok case management

What standard software cannot do

Consent with proof

The mediation agreement and the final agreement are confirmed by all parties, with a timestamp. Documents signed outside the system can be recorded as confirmed.

Scheduling without email ping-pong

Several parties vote on proposed dates. The chosen date lands in your Google Calendar.

Parties cost nothing extra

Unlimited clients in the portal, included in the price. You pay per mediator, not per case.

Features

Cases and parties

Participants, status and phases of every case at a glance, including parties without portal access.

Party portal

Exchange documents, appointments and messages securely. Two-factor sign-in for mediators.

Documents

Storage with archiving, consent and retention periods.

Invoices

Invoices with credit notes and billing runs, several invoice recipients per case, travel costs.

Statistics

Cases, status and workload of your practice at a glance.

Data protection tools

Access and export, deletion by retention period, access log.

Klardok Plus

AI that drafts and leaves the decision to you

Import sessions, prepare appointments, pre-draft the final agreement.

Plaud import

Recordings from your Plaud device are assigned to the case and analysed.

Session preparation

The AI summarises the case history for your next session.

Final agreement

A draft as a starting point. Review and responsibility stay with you.

The AI provides drafts, not legal advice. You subscribe to Plaud yourself. Recording can be switched off per case.

Data protection and operations

Your own instance

Every practice gets its own database at practice.klardok.com, optionally on your own domain.

Hosted in the EU

Data is stored in Frankfurt, with daily backups. Updates are included in the price.

You stay in control

Export your data at any time. Functions and documentation are designed around the Swiss FADP (revDSG).

Pricing

Draft. Prices and terms are subject to the legal review in progress. There is no online ordering yet, please get in touch. The binding documents are currently available in German only.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

In a separate database for your practice, hosted in Frankfurt (EU). A data processing agreement is part of the contract.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month. You export your data yourself; 30 days after the contract ends it is deleted.

Do my clients need an account?

Only if they use the portal. Parties can also be managed in a case without portal access. The portal costs nothing extra.

Can I import existing data?

Yes, data migration from other systems is charged by effort, with a cost estimate in advance.

What if I do not want to set it up myself?

You can set up your instance yourself (manual and help assistant) or book the guided setup for CHF 290.

Who is behind Klardok?

Klardok is operated by Konventiv, owner Timo Konkol, and grew out of the practice software of a mediation practice.
